One of the most important things to remember is you must make arrangements to get your marriage license!  Here are some details to consider:

• You must obtain it within 60 days of your ceremony

• You can get it at any county in North Carolina, not just where you get married

• You need to pick two witnesses who will sign your license 

• Rev Scott will mail your license for you, unless you prefer to keep it and return it personally

• You will need to order your own personal certified copy from the Register of Deeds office
